The luxury Mandarin Oriental, Miami has a new dining option: La Mar by Gastón Acurio, which opened Wednesday.
The acclaimed Peruvian chef has two other restaurants in the U.S., located in San Francisco and Chicago.
At the Miami location, located at 500 Brickell Key Dr., the restaurant includes indoor and outdoor seating and three bars, including one devoted to ceviche.
