He may have made his big splash at 30 Rockefeller Center as a quirky member of the “Saturday Night Live” crew, but Chris Kattan is a Hollywood-area kid, born and bred.

Now the comedian has listed his secluded home at 1746 Courtney Ave., Los Angeles CA 90046 for $1.998 million.

Among the biggest selling points for the Hollywood Hills property is its incredibly private location and lush grounds, all set behind an ornate iron gate. The 2-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has its share of Hollywood pedigree: It was once owned by another funnyman, Danny DeVito,reports the Real Estalker blog.
