There’s more than enough room for Sofia Vergara’s entire Modern Family in the 7-bedroom, 9-bathroom home she bought in Beverly Hills.
The Colombian star, who plays the hot stepmom on the ABC sitcom, is joining the 90210 ZIP code after two years in a row of being the country’s highest-paid TV star, according to Forbes. Besides her acting work, she is a spokesmodel for Cover Girl and Diet Pepsi, contributing to an annual income of about $30 million.
So that helps contextualize the $10.6 million sale price of her new villa. (Zillow’s mortgage calculator estimates her payments at $51,908 a month).
The listing from The Agency‘s Mauricio Umansky and Farrah Aldjufrie says the 2006 property was built with “the most exquisite materials imported from Argentina.”
The home does have a dramatic flair, with a domed ceiling, a spiral staircase with ornate railing, coffered, carved ceilings, inlaid floors, and multiple fireplaces and terraces.
