Jane’s Addiction founder Dave Navarro is selling his 5th floor condo at 1645 Vine St, Los Angeles, CA 90028 in the historic Broadway Hollywood building for $949,000, and he’s including his custom white vinyl upholstered platform bed. Navarro bought the studio apartment as a bachelor pad after his 2006 split with Carmen Electra, his third wife.
Navarro’s apartment is all about location, at the heart of a reinvigorated part of historic Hollywood, and Navarro has packed luxe amenities into the 1,570-square-foot pad, including a stunning Bocci chandelier, a black and red bathroom with a three-way Hollywood makeup mirror and quartz kitchen countertops.
“It’s just a really interesting, totally turn-key space,” said Skyler Hynesof Coldwell Banker Previews International, who holds the listing for the apartment.
Navarro, who now hosts a tattoo competition reality show, has a new home in Hancock Park, Hynes said.
The Broadway Hollywood is one of Los Angeles’ most iconic addresses. Built in 1927 as a department store and later refurbished, the building and its 96 condos has housed countless celebrities. Charlize Theron and Jason Statham are said to be among its residents.
Rumor has it that famously reclusive director Howard Hughes kept an apartment on the top floor and accessed his office at The Pantages Theater by secret underground tunnel.
