ZILLOW
The home possesses quintessential loft charm, thanks to exposed brick walls, high wood-beamed ceilings and original cast-iron columns.
Less than six months after buying a loft in Tribeca’s old Sugarloaf Warehouse, everyone’s favorite elf has listed it for $5.495 million on StreetEasy.
Why the quick change of heart for Orlando Bloom?
It’s possible the place is different since “The Hobbit” director Peter Jackson sold his penthouse in the building to Taylor Swift last spring. Paparazzi appear to have inundated the front door.
Bloom’s 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath loft is wrapped by 11 oversized casement windows facing south and east. It features quintessential loft details, such as exposed brick walls, high wood-beamed ceilings and original cast-iron columns.
The master suite includes a walk-in closet and a bathroom with a double vanity and stall shower. Another bathroom has a soaking tub, and there’s a marble-clad powder room. The building has only two units per floor and allows pets — but there’s no word on whether trolls are welcome.
Raphael De Niro, Maggie Leigh Marshall and Evangelos (Angelo) Karras of Douglas Elliman have the listing.
