South-of-Fifth, Terra Group's Slender GLASS Palace Tops Off

GLASS, the 18-story, 10-unit ultra luxury, Rene Gonzalez-designed, tower that Terra Group is building at 120 Ocean Drive topped off on Friday with the traditional hoisting of a tree to the roof and a celebration with the construction crew. And although the future glass-a-palooza (it will look like a victorian iceberg by the time it's finished) is still mostly a concrete box, some windows are already in. The glass-ification has begun.
