Super star Janet Jackson (Ms. Jackson, if you're nasty her tenant) is renting out her grand NYC pad for the low, low cost of just $35K/Month. The pop diva has owned the 2,093-square-foot, three-bedroom spread since 1998, but—as the folks at Curbed NY point out—hasn't bothered to personalize the staged-looking interiors with any wacky decor, which is shocking given Jackson's previously, uh, spirited style choices. The apartment is located in a Donald Trump-owned high-rise overlooking the park, though, so it does offer epic views and a floor plan expansive enough for some serious Rhythm Nation 1814dance parties.
